The ACCESS for ELLs Score Reports provide specific information on students’ academic English language proficiency. During this training, participants will explore how the WIDA Standards and Assessment System is connected to the ACCESS for ELLs score reports. Participants will examine the different types and uses of score reports. They will also make connections between the students’ proficiency scores and WIDA Performance Definitions.

This WIDA MODEL training webinar series of two 2-hour sessions is for educators who are preparing to administer the WIDA MODEL Online assessment for grades 1-12. WIDA MODEL can be used as an identification/placement assessment for newly enrolled ELLs or as an interim progress monitoring assessment. During this training, participants will learn how to administer and score each of the four domain assessments as well as how to navigate and perform key functions in the MODEL Online Test Administrator Interface.
This training is for test administrators of the WIDA MODEL (Measure of Developing English Language) Online. The WIDA MODEL is a series of English language proficiency assessments for Kindergarten through Grade 12. However, Kindergarten MODEL is only available in a paper kitformat. Educators can use MODEL as an identification /placement assessment for newly enrolled ELLs or as an interim progress monitoring assessment. Participants will learn how to administer, monitor, and score as applicable each language domain in the assessment.
